Thirty seconds, once a day.
One screen, a few taps. How the day felt, and a word if you have one. Your phone already recorded the rest: photos, places, weather, workouts, music. There's no blank page waiting for you.
Thirty seconds a day. The rest builds itself.
Thirty seconds a day. How it felt, and a word if you want one. The Quilt puts that with what your phone already recorded anyway: your photos, where you went, the weather, what you were listening to. It comes back as one cloth you can scroll through. Stay with it a while and it starts telling you things you hadn't noticed.
A day you'd forgotten
“Got lost in a night market, ate six things I couldn't name. Best meal of my life, four dollars.”

Your words, kept with the photo. Pulled back from your June, out of 456 you'd stopped scrolling through.
What one day is made of
Your phone recorded all of this. It has never once shown it to you together.
Your camera roll kept the photos and threw the day away. Everything else was recorded too, by the phone already in your pocket, and never once assembled. The Quilt weaves the whole day into one patch: colour from your photos and the weather, texture from the kind of day it was.
How it works
01
One screen, a few taps. How the day felt, and a word if you have one. Your phone already recorded the rest: photos, places, weather, workouts, music. There's no blank page waiting for you.
02
Colour comes from your photos and the weather. Texture depends on the kind of day it was: restful, strenuous, somewhere in between. One patch a day, woven as you go. Tap any of them and the day opens back up.

A year in, you can scroll your life as one cloth instead of ten thousand undated photos. And it will have been paying attention: which days go together, what tends to show up beside a good one. It tells you in a sentence, not a chart.
Your life is not a dashboard. It won't score you or hand you a week in review. When The Quilt notices something it says it once, plainly, and then leaves you alone:
Something it noticed
Your quiet days and your short nights keep showing up together.

There's no account and no server behind it. The Quilt runs on your device and stays there. Nobody can see your year because there's nowhere for it to go.
